"Sino Ako," the official soundtrack of My Binondo Girl is sung by Regine Velasquez and composed by her husband Ogie Alcasid.
The title seems to be the Filipino version of Mulan's official soundtrack Reflections, especially if you read the first part of the lyrics.
The "Sino Ako" Lyrics is composed of only a few words which doesn't really make much sense to me. In the first parts, it's the voice of a someone looking for herself, and then someone who is hoping she can be with her lover forever.

"Sino Ako" by Regine Velasquez Lyrics
Sino ito?
Nasa salamin kaharap ko
Ngunit di tumitingin
Siya ba'y nalulumbay?
At napapagod pa sa pakikipaglaban at pagtitiis
Siya ba'y ako?
O ako ay siya?
Sadyang hindi ko makilala
Nasan na ba ako?
Sa yugtong ito ako'y humihingi
Ng awa at pagmamahal
Di ko ninais na ako'y magkaganito
Ngunit kailangan ko hanapin
Ang tunay na ako
Sino ako?
Sa puso mo
Sino ako?
Sa buhay mo
Hanggang kailan maghihintay?
Hanggang kailan mangangarap?
Na magpakailanaman ay kasama ka..
(Repeat Di ko ninais... )

love the song.
it's fully based on my binondo girl's story
the first part is about JADE and YUAN
the chorus could be interpreted in many ways, it could be that she's saying it to her father.
the song's too abstract so it's understandable if people find it confusing :)
