It is also about the journey of Edward Ha (Kwon Sang Woo), a happy-go-lucky guy who loves dancing and doesn't know what to do with his life. Until he saw his father humiliated by a congressman. He promised he will study and become a lawyer and work in the prosecutors office to sue corrupt public officials.

Big Thing (GMA 7) Review

The intriguing part of the story is how an announcer became the first female president of South Korea. And how she is unlike any other president before her. But what really intrigues me is the love story between Maureen and Edward.
How can the love affair between a president and a lawyer flourish? The president is so dedicated at giving her best to her country. And she's also a single mother.
Their love story is not like any other love stories too. I assume Maureen is older than Edward. And Edward didn't lose his love even when Maureen had married another. Their moments together doesn't involve sweet nothings. They almost didn't talk about themselves, their feelings. They just go on with their lives like normal people, letting their hearts do the talking.
This is fun to watch. Makes you guess what they are saying inside their heads, and inside their hearts. And this makes me watch Big Thing every night.
Other notes:
- Edward tried to cut his penis to punish himself and to focus on studying law.
- Maureen is afraid of heights. She fainted in her first field report which required her aboard a helicopter.
