Prior to the final episode on August 12, 2011, Selina (Eula Valdez) is determined to end the life of Via (Lauren Young) as she planted a bomb where Via is boarding! This is her way to destroy the Pereira family and her form of revenge specially to her mortal enemy Magda (Dawn Zulueta).
Who died in the bus explosion? Did Via and Selina have a confrontation in the construction building like in the original Mula sa Puso? How will Selina die in this remake?

Mula sa Puso aired its final episode last Friday, August 12, 2011. If you have not seen the final episode and would want to know how it ended, here's a summary of what happened:
Selina planted a bomb on the bus that Via is boarding. Selina didn't know that Nicole (Sue Ann Ramirez) is also aboard on the bus. By the time the timer of the bomb is up, Via has alighted the bus and Nicole is left. The bus exploded with Nicole in it.
Selina, learning that Nicole is on the bus, ran into the burning bus. The Pereiras thought that Selina also died in the bus. In the hospital, the staff discovered that there is still one bus passenger who is alive.
After a year, Michael (Enrique Gil) gave way to Gabriel (JM de Guzman) and Via.
Via: Eh kasi naman, hindi pa naman nya tinatanong kung gusto kong makipagbalikan sa kanya.
Gabriel: Eh kasi naman, minsan, hindi mo na kailangan magsalita para maintindihan kung anong ibig kong sabihin. Kapag mula sa puso ang nararamdaman mas matindi yun. Mas totoo.
Via: Eh kasi naman, minsan, mas masarap pakinggan. Para sigurado.
Gabriel: Mahal na mahal kita Via. Walang nagbago.
Via: Ganun din ako Gabriel.
The most anticipated wedding between Via and Gabriel finally happened. Kate (Charee Pineda) who is now a nun attended the wedding. It is a double wedding. Fernando and Magda were also married at that moment. Gabriel kissed Via on the lips while Fernando (Ariel Rivera) kissed Magda on the forehead.
Meanwhile, Selina whose face is burned is now living in the slums. While bickering with her neighbors, she was overrun by a truck. In her dying moments, she remembered all the wrong that she had done.
The Pereiras saw the dead body on their way to the airport and stopped by the accident but didn't recognize Selina.
The rest of the time was spent showing bloopers and behind the scene footage from the show.
