100 Days to Heaven - Who is calling Miranda?

For some weeks now, Miranda (Valerie Concepcion) has been receiving calls from someone who is not revealed yet. It seems they are talking about a deal they had agreed on before and Miranda had not fulfilled her end.

Aside from learning who is Anna Manalastas' daughter, which everyone believes is Sophia (Jodi Sta. Maria), this is the most intriguing part of the story of 100 Days to Heaven.

Who is this caller? What does he want from Miranda? What is their deal?

Miranda is the main villain

Bobby (Dominic Ochoa) doesn't really make a good villain. He can't control his siblings and he only take orders from his wife, Miranda. Thus, Miranda is our main villain in 100 Days to Heaven.

The person calling Miranda might be the one who planted the bomb on Madam Anna's car. So why is he calling Miranda? And why is Miranda keeping the secret caller from everyone else even from Bobby?

My theory is that the death of Madam Anna is Miranda's doing. That Bobby is really not involved in the plan. And Miranda hasn't told Bobby about it, that is why she hasn't got the money yet to pay the hitman.

Madam Anna's last mission

I also have this theory that aside from knowing that her daughter is Sophia, Madam Anna's last mission is Miranda.

Of course other last missions involve Bobby and Bart (Rafael Rosell) . But what could Madam Anna did to Miranda for her to orchestrate something so grave as killing her husband's boss?
