Anyway, the new youth-oriented show on ABS-CBN has a very different plot from that of GMA 7's. It follows the adventures of two childhood bestfriends as they get through their adolescent years.
It stars Mara Clara's Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Montes, with Diego Loyzaga and Daniel Padilla.

Growing Up follows the story of childhood best friends, Ella (Kathryn Bernado) and Tammy (Julia Montes) as they rally their friends to help raise money for Ms. Lisa Ortega (Maricar Reyes), their favorite teacher who was diagnosed with a serious ailment.
Ella and Tammy together with their friends join various contests in their community aiming to seize the biggest price to raise funds for their beloved Ms. Ortega who, despite being in a serious condition, continue to guide them in their journey as teenagers.
In the process of trying to help Ms. Ortega, the whole barkada is confronted with their own strengths and weaknesses as they discover what 'growing up' really entails.

I don't think na bagay sina Kathryn and Daniel..Yah!i know,medyo ok nman si Daniel..pero,wla ka-chemistry ang dalawa..Cguro,if KathBie-MarTian (Kathryn and Albie Casino) yan..ok na ok as in 100%..namimili pa ang Abs ng dalawang taong hindi magka-level..helow,,excuse me..sikat si Kathryn and si Daniel..hindi..Kung katwiran niyo,Abs,namimili kayo ng bago..puwes,ang panget ng katwiran niyo..kaya,natatalo ang Growing Up e.magagaling silang lahat..pero because of hindi bagay ang mga loveteam ng G.U,bumababa..look at the rating of Mara Clara and compared it on Growing Up..diba,mas benta ang Mara Clara..cause nga na..mas bumembenta ang KathBie..talo tuloy sa ratings ang Growing Up..patok ang Tween Hearts..
That is only my Opinion..totoo naman po e.Try to look at the ratings din ng Tween hearts (as of December 4,2011),diba mas patok ang ratings..that was because..bagay ang mga loveteams nila..hindi katulad ng Growing Up..

I kinda like Growing Up rather than tween hearts, for the reason that when you watch Growing up you kind of feel the high school feeling of kiligness, saka I felt that it's more realistic. Katherine and Daniel's chemistry is so freakin' good. Ewan ah pero yung asaran nila looks so realistic and fun to watch parang natural lang. Im not a fan of such kind of shows pero I find growing up fun to watch kasi it is so light hindi masyado maraming drama. So far I find it interesting, :) Just saying
excuse,magkaiba po yung mara clara sa growing up.bakit po diba si albie casino hindi rin sikat nung pinartner siya kay kathryn.kya wag mong pagkukumparahin yung mara clara at growing up na parehong pinalabas sa abs-cbn..!!!!!!!!!

I love Growing Up!!! The best ever teen show na napanuod ko so far. Gusto ko ang chemistry ni Ella at ni Patrick in a love - hate relationship. Cute! Bagay silang dalawa :)pati din ung kay Tammy at Jason. Nakakarelate ako sa story. Truly realistic. >XD

If it is not obvious .. Growing up is better than tween hearts..yes.tween hearts is good but growing up is more interesting because g.u really shows the real life of teens..

i thought growing up is the most beatiful tv show in my life .. . because talo na kasi ung tween hearts ang papanget ng mga artistanila ewwwwwwww.. . . . . mabutipa sa abs magagandaang kanilang mga artista kumpara sa growing up.. . . hahahahaha. . . talona kayo teen hearts sa visayaseh mas malakas kaya ang growing up sa visayas a bohol at tsaka we gain more learnings about teenage life of how can we adapt in the new stage of life. . . to be a teenager!!!!!

Growing Up is a useful and applicable t.v show especially to all teen agers.They can help teens a lot.GROWING UP is more interesting than TWEEN HEARTS.
