AJ Perez appears on Maalaala Mo Kaya April 30, 2011 episode.
This is his last television project before AJ Perez died in a car accident last April 17, 2011.
AJ Perez first appeared in Maalaala Mo Kaya in the episode called "Dalandan" on February 22, 2008. It stars Regine Velasquez and Albert Martinez. AJ played a minor part back then as the son of Albert.
But in the April 30, 2011 episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya, AJ Perez will play the major character together with child star Bugoy Cariño.
The episode tells the story of two brothers who, out of poverty and having been outcast in the city, had to walk from Manila to Samar in search of better opportunities.
AJ is the jaded elder brother who thinks his brother is a weight pulling him down. But along the way, he learns to love him.
The April 30, 2011 episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya is directed by Dado Lumibao and written by Benson Logronio.
